Making Appointments

Office visits are scheduled on an appointment basis. We request that you please call for an appointment prior to coming to the office. Each child must have their own appointment time, so please remember to schedule an appointment for any siblings you feel need to be seen. This is done in effort to decrease patient wait times and to ensure prompt service.

If you are unsure or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us:

We respect your time as valuable and do not like to keep you waiting. For us to be on time, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to get checked-in and complete paperwork. Patients that arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. Although we will never deny your child medical care if needed, if you arrive late for a sick appointment, it may be necessary we work you in with the next available provider.

Sick children will be seen on the same day in most cases. Non-emergent visits may be scheduled for the next day. We are also available to answer questions when you are unsure if your child or adolescent needs an appointment.

Well visits in the first 2 years of life are generally scheduled at the time of the current visit.
