Many of you with young children will begin the search for a Kindergarten program to send them to next year. As a parent of young children, I know how stressful the process of testing for Kindergarten can be for a parent. Although you may be confident in your child's abilities, you may not know what he will do once he is in a private room with a lady he doesn't know, or in a classroom with a group of children he may or may not know. The company said the reason for the recall is that some of the products may not meet quality standards. Some of the products included in the recall may contain a higher concentration of active ingredients than specified; others may contain inactive ingredients that may not meet internal testing requirements; and others may contain tiny particles. A press release issued by the company last night states, "This recall is not being undertaken on the basis of adverse medical events. However, as a precautionary measure, parents and caregivers should not administer these products to their children." The company urges consumers to discontinue use of the recalled products.
